The Group's principal activities are to design and manufacture air conditioning systems for commercial and industrial facilities. The operations are carried out through the following divisions: Facility works; Real estate leasing and Others. The Facility works deal with designing and manufacturing of air-conditioning, constant temperature and humidity equipments, dehumidifier, heat exchanger and freezing and refrigeration equipments. The Real estate leasing is engaged in the leasing of land and buildings for business and residential use. The Others division includes air conditioning equipment sales.
