The Group's principal activities are acquisition and management of real estate properties in Germany and other countries. It is active within three business segments. The Residential real estate segment operates through its subsidiary, focusing on development of residential portfolios and construction of new dwellings. The commercial real estate segment is involved in acquisition and management of a portfolio of commercial properties. The Services segment activities are entailing management of the Group's own as well as third-party real estate and the commercial management of internal as well as external real estate companies.
