The Group's principal activities are television broadcasting and production. It operates in two segments: Television Broadcasting and Production and New Media.The Television Broadcasting and Production segment broadcasts news, information and entertainment shows as well as Television series, movies and children educational programmes. As at February 2008 it comprised 14 television channels operating primarily in Poland: TVN, TVN7, TVN24, TVN Meteo, TVN Turbo, ITVN, TVN Style, TVN Med, TVN Lingua and Discovery Historia, Telezakupy Mango 24, NTL Radomsko, TVN CNBC Biznes and TVN Warszawa. The New Media segment offers advertising in online marketing services and comprises internet portals and websites such as Onet.pl, tvnmed.pl- educational wortal for the doctors or news wortal tvn24.pl. which offer their services via the global internet.The Group operates in Poland, the Netherlands and the Great Britain. It acquired Mango Media Sp.z o.o. in 2007.
