Thomson Financial Business Description:
| The Group's principal activity is that of an Investment Trust Company. The objective of the Group is to maximise shareholders' total returns by investing in property shares and property on an international basis. The Group is an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985. The Group has been approved by the Inland Revenue as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 31-Mar-2006. Investment management services are provided by Thames River Capital LLP for a fee of 0.70% per annum on the Group's net asset value payable quarterly in advance. The agreement is terminable by either party without compensation on the provision of not less than 12 months' written notice. |
