| The Group's principal activity is to provide oil and gas service with an integrated calcium chloride and brominated products manufacturing operation. It operates in three divisions: Fluids, Well Abandonment and Decommissioning and Testing and Services. Fluids segment manufactures and markets clear brine fluids to the oil and gas industry for use in well drilling, completion and workover operations. Well abandonment and decommissioning segment provides services required for the abandonment of depleted oil and gas wells and decommissioning of platforms, pipelines and other associated equipment. Testing and services segment provides production testing services to the Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, offshore Gulf of Mexico and certain Latin American markets. |
