| The Group's principal activities are it operates in the flavors and fragrances as well as in the cosmetic ingredients and aroma chemical markets. The Group operates through two divisions namely: Flavor & Nutrition and Scent & Care. Flavor & Nutrition division develops, produces and markets flavors. These flavors are used by its customers to manufacture food products and beverages. Scent & Care division develops, produces and markets fragrances, mint aromas, cosmetic ingredients and aroma chemicals and develops specific application systems for these substances. These products are used to manufacture perfumes, personal care products, cosmetic products, dental care products, detergents and cleaning agents. Major customers of the Group include Beiersdorf, Coca-Cola, Colgate, Danone, Diageo, Dior, Guerlain, Henkel/Schwarzkopf, Kraft, Nestle, PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble and Unilever. The Group operates in EAME, North America, Asia Pacific and South America. |
