The Group's principal activity is to supply timing and synchronization hardware, software and services. It also provides end-to-end monitoring solutions for triple-play voice, data and digital video. It sells its solutions to telecom and cable service providers, government agencies, enterprises and research facilities. The Group operates through five segments within two divisions: Telecom Solutions Division; Timing and Test and Measurement Division. The Telecom Solutions Division consists of four segments: Wireline Products; Wireless/ original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Products; Quality of Experience Assurance Products, and Global Services.
