(Sustainable Energy) develops and manufactures advanced power inverters for alternative and renewable energy industry-solar photovoltaic (pave) systems, small wind turbines, fuel cells and all forms of energy storage. The Company’s products are based on a single power electronics and software platform, which will support multiple product offerings with power ratings from 3 kilowatts to 20 kilowatts, and range of input and output voltages driven by different module characteristics and operating environments. As of September 30, 2009, the Company was marketing two five kilowatts products in Europe and North America. The Company’s subsidiaries include Sustainable Energy Systems Inc. (SES), Sustainable Energy Europa S.L. (SEE), STG Markets Limited Partnership (STGLP), Sustainable Energy Laboratories Ltd. (SEL), CWT Power Inc. (Washington) (CWT US) and International Power Systems, Inc. (IPS). |
