| The Group's principal activities are to provide oilfield services and equipment to oil and gas companies. It operates in four segments. Well Intervention Services provides well intervention services that stimulate oil and gas production. Rental Tools provides of rental tools. It manufacture, sell and rent specialized equipment for use with offshore and onshore oil and gas well drilling, completion, production and workover activities. Marine Services owns and operate a fleet of liftboats that we believe is highly complementary to our well intervention services. Owning oil and gas properties provides additional opportunities for our well intervention, decommissioning and platform management services, particularly during periods when demand from our traditional customers is weak due to cyclical or seasonal factors. It operates in the United States and other countries. |
