The services include Independent living, Assisted living and Skilled nursing. Independent living includes such as housekeeping, meals. Assisted Living includes seek housing with supportive care and services including assistance with activities of daily living, Alzheimer's care and other services. The Group established Sunrise REIT to acquire, own and invest in income producing senior living communities in Canada and the United States and The Group entered into an agreement with JPMorgan Fleming Asset Management's Special Situation Property Fund to fund a venture for the development of eight senior living communities.On April 2007 the group's acquired Ventas, Inc. |
