The Group's principal activities are to manufacture and sell comprehensive heavy electric machinery. It operates through the following divisions: Standardized and mass production machinery; Environmental, plants and other; Shipbuilding, steel structures and equipment; Industrial machinery and Construction machinery. Standardized and mass production machinery includes the operations of power transmission and control, plastic processing machinery, laser systems and defense equipment. Environmental, plants and other operations include chemical process equipment and plants, waste water treatment and pollution control equipment. Shipbuilding, steel structures and equipment includes forging and forming machines, logistic and handling equipment, material handling equipment and medical equipment. The Industrial machinery includes transporting machine, turbine, paper manufacturing machine. The Construction machinery division includes hydraulic shovels road equipment.
