| The Group's principal activity is to acquire, explore, develop, operate and produce oil and gas properties. The operations are carried out through the following divisions: Gas Production and Oil Production. The Group's operations are carried on in the conventional shelf of the Gulf of Mexico (the 'GOM'), the deep shelf of the GOM, the deepwater of the GOM and several basins of the Rocky Mountains. As of 11-Feb-2008, its property portfolio consisted of 48 active properties and 72 primary term leases in the Gulf Coast Basin. Its customers include BP Energy Company, Cinergy Marketing and Trading, Conoco, Inc, Equiva Trading Company and Total Gas & Power North America Inc. |
