The Group's principal activities are to provide banking, treasury and credit management services to individual and corporate clients. It provides corporate banking, merchant banking, international banking, leasing project financing, lending and other related financial services. The Group has a network of 11,448 domestic branches and 92 foreign offices spread over 32 countries. On 13-Aug-2008, the Group acquired State Bank of Saurashtra.
