Vacation is comprised of development, ownership and operation of vacation ownership resorts, marketing and selling vacation ownership interests in the resorts and providing financing to customers who purchase such interests. The brand names of the Group includes St. Regis(R), The Luxury Collection, Sheraton, Westin, W(R) and Four Points(R) by Sheraton. The Group conducts hotel business both directly and through its subsidiaries. The Group operates in North America, Europe, Africa, Middle East, Latin America and Asia Pacific.
