The Group's principal activities are to develop, implement, manufacture, sell, market and license of proprietary technology for the curing of tobacco to prevent the formation of carcinogenic toxins present in tobacco and tobacco smoke, primarily the tobacco-specific nitrosamines. It develops pharmaceutical products, particularly products that have a botanical, tobacco-based component, that are designed to treat tobacco dependence and a range of neurological conditions, including Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, schizophrenia and depression and potentially related products such as neutraceuticals. The Group operates in the United States.
