| The Group's principal activity is to sell office products, supplies and services including business machines, computers and related products and office furniture. It conducts operations through three business segments: North American Retail, North American Delivery and International Operations. The North American Retail operations serve customers in the consumer, home office and small business segments of the office products market. The North American Delivery segment consists of United States and Canadian contract, catalog and Internet business units that sell and deliver office products, supplies and services. The International Operations segment operates retail stores, catalog and internet businesses. As on 02-Feb-2008, the Group operates 1,738 stores. |
