| The Group's principal activity is to manufacture and distribute replaced parts of motor vehicles in the automotive aftermarket industry. The Group operates through three segments: Engine Management, Temperature Control, Europe segment. The Engine Management segment manufactures ignition and emission parts, on-board computers, ignition wires, battery cables and fuel system parts. Temperature Control segment manufactures and remanufactures air conditioning compressors, other air conditioning parts and heating parts. European segment consists of both Engine Management and Temperature Control reporting units. The Group sells its products primarily to warehouse distributors and large retail chains in the United States, Canada, Latin America and Europe. Customers of the Group include Carquest and NAPA Auto Parts, Advance Auto Parts, AutoZone, CSK Auto, O'Reilly Automotive and Pep Boys. |
