Thomson Financial Business Description:
| The Company's principal activity is that of an Investment Trust. The objective of the Company is to achieve long-term capital gains through holding a diversified portfolio of private equity funds investing predominantly in Europe. The Company is an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985. The Company has been approved by the Inland Revenue as an Investment Trust for the year ended 30-Sep-2006, subject to their rights to further enquiry under the Finance Act 1998. Investment management services are provided by SL Capital Partners LLP for a fee calculated at 0.8% per annum payable quarterly in arrears, of the Company's net assets at the end of the relevant quarter. The agreement is terminable by either party on one year's notice. |
