The Group's principal activity is providing personal & business and corporate & investment banking services. Personal & business comprises mortgage lending, investment sales and finance leases, card products, transactional and lending and bancassurance. Mortgage lending provides residential accomodation loans to individual customers. Installment sales and finance leases comprises two main areas, instalment finance in the consumer market, mainly vehicles, and secondly, finance of vehicles and equipment in the business market. Card products provides credit card facilities to individuals and businesses. Transactional and lending products provides contact channels such as ATMs, Internet, telephone banking and branches. Bancassurance provides short term and long term insurance products. Corporate & investment banking focuses on foreign exchange, fixed income, derivatives, equities and commodities trading businesses, securitisation, debt origination and money market.
