Stakhanovs'kyi zavod ferosplaviv PAT (SZF PAT) is a Ukraine-based ferroalloy production plant. The Company specializes in the manufacture, wholesale and retail sale of cast iron, steel and ferroalloys. Stakhanovs'kyi Zavod Ferosplaviv PAT sells its products domestically, as well as exports them to the Russian Federation, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Italy, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Turkey. As of December 31, 2010, the Company’s major shareholders were Mercliston Limited, Kellton Enterprises Limited, Felicio Enterprises Limited and Philex Investments Limited, all with a stake of 24.48%.
