The Group's principal activity is to manufacture and sell electronic assemblies, and plastic mouldings. These products are offered to the consumer, industrial, medical and personal care and automotive and communication sectors. The Group designs and manufactures custom and standard switch mode power supplies programmable power supplies, AC-DC and DC-DC converters, inverters and battery chargers. It operates in three segments: Stadium Electronics, Branded Plastics and Stadium Power. On 31-Oct-2008, the Group completed the acquisition of Zirkon Limited. On 30-09-2008, it acquired Fox Industries Limited (Fox).
