The Group's principal activity is to design and manufacture of aerostructures. Aerostructures are structural components such as fuselages, propulsion systems and wing systems for commercial and military aircraft. The Group operates in four segments: Fuselage Systems, Propulsion Systems, Wing Systems and Other. Fuselage Systems segment includes the forward, mid- and rear fuselage sections. Propulsion Systems segment includes nacelles struts/pylons and engine structural components. Wing Systems segment includes wings, wing components and flight control surfaces. Other segment performs all other activities. The Group's products marketed in commercial military and modifications, upgrades, repairs and spares sectors. The Group operates in the United States and Europe. On 01-Apr-2006, it acquired aerostructures division of BAE Systems (Operations) Ltd.
