The Group's principal activities are exploration, development and production of natural gas and crude oil. It operates in three segments: Exploration and Production, Midstream services and Gas Distribution and other. The Exploration and Production segment explores the production of natural gas within United States. Midstream Services concentrates on the Fayetteville Shale play. It operates only in the United States, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Texas.
