Southern Electricity Company Limited (SELCo) is a South Africa-based holding company engaged in distributing electricity. The Company, together with its subsidiaries, distributes electricity procured from the transmission grid to electricity users located in the Southern Namibian towns of Keetmanshoop, Karasburg and Aranos. The Company has entered into long-term agreements with these local authorities and operates in terms of distribution licenses held by the pertinent local authorities with SELCo as the registered service provider. The Company’s subsidiaries include Southern Electricity Company (Pty) Ltd, which is engaged in operation of municipal electricity and service networks and Cape Pots and Tiles (Pty) Ltd, which is a property company. The Company’s holding company is Resource Management Integration Group (Pty) Ltd.
