The Group's principal activity is to provide its investors a diverse and balanced operational and investment portfolio. It operates in four segments: Land Sales, Construction, Investment Properties and Property Development. The group has established a range of services to help support its customers and investors, including asset and property management services and personal finance and mortgage provision opportunities. In addition to its real estate services, the Group has teamed up with a variety of business partners to create joint ventures which support the associated construction and development industries. The Projects of the company include Shams Abu Dhabi, Al-Ghadeer, Tala Tower, Golf Gardens, Khalidiya Village, Al Oyoun Village, Sas Al Nakhl and Saraya. The Group operates in the United Arab Emirates. In 2008, the Group acquired Sorouh Egypt for Investment and Tourism Development SAE and Pivot Engineering & General Contracting Company LLC on May, 2008.
