The Group's principal activity is to provide data processing services. It operates under two segments: Systems and Solutions and Consulting. The services include consulting, systems integration and application outsourcing. The Group's customers belong to the following sectors: banking, telecom, administration and the public sector. The Group operates in France, the United Kingdom, Spain and parts of Europe. In 2008 it acquired Compagnie d'ingenierie Bancaire et Financiere and G2i.
