The Company's principal activity is the provision of machine parts for semiconductor production machinery. The Company provides six categories of products: Al2O3 parts, including alumina ceramics for the semiconductor, electronic and automobile industries; Silicon parts, consisting of Si focus rings and Si edge rings; Silicon Carbide parts, which include boats, tubes and caps used in chemical vapor deposition and low pressure chemical vapor deposition processes; Quartz parts, which are used in semiconductor manufacturing; aluminum nitride, which are used for dry etching, chemical vapor deposition and other process fixtures of the semiconductor process, and precision cleaning products, such as belljars, lid-liners and cathodes used for materials cleaning.
