The Group's principal activities are the management and operation of owned and rented hotels under management and franchise agreement. The Group is also involved promotion of business related to the tourist and hotel trade or related to leisure, recreation or amusement as well as in the participation in the creation, development and operation of new business, establishments or entities within the tourist and hotel trade and in any leisure, recreation or amusement activity. The Group had 328 hotels in 27 countries. It operates business through five brands: Melia Hotels, TRYP Hotels, Sol Hotels, Paradisus Resorts and Hard Rock Hotels.
