The Group's principal activity is to act as an Investment Company with interests in the areas of production and distribution of energy resources (such as oil, gas and electricity). It has investments in some companies like Carbone Lorraine, Sibelco et Landis and Gyr. It also provides investment services to the following sectors: local services, banking, insurance, satellite operators, telecommunications, consumer goods and distribution and priovate equity sectors. The Group mainly operates in Belgium.
