The Group's principal activity is to provide food and management services. The Group operates under two major segments, food and management service and Service cards and vouchers. The Group offers food service and facilities management services to their clients. They supply food to educational institutions, hospitals and other corporates. They have over 310,000 clients. Service cards and vouchers: the Group offers cards and vouchers and passes which can be redeemed in a range of outlets belonging to specific retail networks for gifts, well-being, sports and food items. The Group operates worldwide. Their clients belong to restaurant sectors, clubs, banks and defence force sectors. In 2007, the Group acquired Tir Groupe and Circles. In 2008, the Group acquired Yachts de Paris and Groupe VR.
