The Group's principal activity is to manufacture and sell toys. The Group operates under two major segments, Toys and Packaging. Under Toys, the Group offers innovative toys and games for children of all ages. Under Packaging, the Group undertakes packaging of toys and also performs R&D in the field of rotational moulding and uses this technology in manufacturing toys. The Group markets its products under the brand names Smoby, Ecoiffier and Berchet. The Group operates mainly in Europe. In 2005, the Group acquired Group Berchet, ITER and Smoby Holland.
