The Group's principal activity is developing, manufacturing and marketing medical devices. It operates in three division; Orthopaedics, Advanced Wound Management and Endoscopy. Orthopaedics comprises reconstruction, trauma and clinical therapies products.Trauma and Clinical Therapies consist of internal and external fixation devices and orthobiological materials used in the stabilisation of fractures. Advanced Wound Management offers products targeted particularly at chronic wounds connected with older population. Endoscopy offers specialised fixation systems and bioabsorbable materials to repair damaged tissue, and provides fluid management and insufflation equipment for surgical access. The Group's product brands include Genesis II, Legion Revision Systems, Allevyn, Acticoat, 560 Camera System Series, Exogen and Peri-Loc.
