The Group's principal activity is the manufacturing of radio frequency identification ("RFID") inlays for contactless payment cards and ePassports. These RFID inlays enable data to be transmitted to a reader via radio waves. The Group sells these RFID inlays to card manufacturers and secure printing houses. The Group operates in two segments. The "standard" segment includes "mass transit & access control" and "logistics" product lines and the "high security" segment includes "ePayment" and "ePassports" product lines. The Group operates in Asia, Europe, North America. Latin America and other.
