The Group's principal activities are manufacturing and selling consumer electronic products and upstream accessories. It operates through four segments: TV products, digital set-top boxes, other electronic products and property holding. Other activities include intellectual property holding and investment holding. Operations are carried out in Hong Kong, the People's Republic of China, Samoa, Macau, the United States of America and British Virgin Islands. The mobile phones operations were discontinued on 13 January 2009.
