The Group's principal activities are to design, produce and distribute manufactured housing and recreational vehicles. It operates in two segments namely: Manufactured Housing and Recreational Vehicles. Manufactured housing consists of mobile homes and multi-sectional homes. Recreational vehicles consist of travel trailers, including park models and fifth wheels. The principal buyers continue to be young married couples and senior citizens. The customers of recreational vehicles are primarily vacationing middle- income families, retired couples traveling around the country and sportsmen pursuing four-season hobbies. It distributes Manufactured Homes through 240 dealers at 400 locations and Recreational Vehicles through 130 dealers at 150 locations in United States. The Group operates solely in the domestic market.
