The Group's principal activity is managing companies operating in the consumer services. The Group develops and manages market-leading businesses in selected service-based industries, including telecommunications, technology, real estate, financial services, retail, media, travel and radar & space. The other businesses include pharmaceuticals, healthcare and petrochemicals. The Group operates in Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States. The Group acquired remaining 9% of MSS; 25% of Detskiy Mir in 2008. The Group also acquired Strategia, Interlink Group, Orient and Watt Drive in 2008.
