The Group's principal activity is to operate commercial forest plantation in the People's Republic of China (PRC). It operates in two business segments: Wood Fibre Operations and Manufacturing and Other Operations. The Manufacturing and Other Operations include particleboard, engineered wood flooring, oriented strand board, sawn timber, finger joint board and greenery and nursery operations. The Group's principal businesses include the ownership and management of forest plantation trees, the sale of standing timber and logs and the manufacturing of downstream engineered-wood products. It has approximately 347,000 hectares of forestry plantations located in southern and eastern China.
