The Group's principal activities are to own, operate, manage, lease, acquire and develop. It has been approved, as an Investment trust as defined by sections 856 through 860 of Internal Revenue Code. The real estate properties of the Group include regional malls and community shopping centers. Its properties has approximately 246 million square feet gross leasable area of which it owns approximately 152.8 million square feet.
