| The Group's principal activities are distribution, designing, manufacturing and marketing of women's apparel and lengerie. The Group also provides a limited volume of sewing services to other manufacturers of women's apparel. The Group operates the PTA, Oblicie, Milavista, Lauma, Amadea line and Splendo Intime retail chains which distribute the PTA, Mastercoat, Milavista, Alisee, Lauma and Laumelle brands in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Poland. As April 2008 the Group currently has a total of about 89 lingerie retail outlets under various brand names including Oblicie, Milavitsa, Splendo, Amadea and Lauma Lingerie stores, and a total of 31 women's apparel retail outlets under the PTA brand. The Group's products are also distributed through wholesale channels. |
