| The Group's principal activity is to manufacture metal and plastic consumer goods packaging products. These products include steel and aluminum containers for human and pet food and metal, composite and plastic closures for food and beverage products. It also provides custom designed plastic containers, health care, pharmaceutical, household and industrial chemical, food, pet care, agricultural chemical, automotive and marine chemical products. The Group operates 14 manufacturing facilities located in North America, Europe, Asia and South America. The Group acquired majority ownership of Cousins-Currie Limited in Jan-2007. |
