| The Group's principal activities are the manufacture and distribution of speciality chemicals for the construction and other industries. The activities are carried through two divisions : Construction and Industry. The Construction division manufactures concrete and mortar admixtures, ready-to-use mortars, elastic sealants and adhesives, sealing systems, paints and coatings for concrete and steel industry and specialised construction equipment. The Industry division produces and distributes elastic adhesives and sealants, tooling resins, flooring for commercial vehicles and ships and acoustic automotive components. The products are used in the automotive, transportation and equipment building industries. The Group has operations in Europe, North and Latin America, IMEA and Asia Pacific. |
