It operates through four business segments: Subscription, Retailing, Product and Zhongpan. Subscription includes distributing textbooks and supplementary materials to schools and students. Retailing includes books and audio-visual products. Zhongpan includes publications from publishers. Product includes providing ancillary support and services to book publishers.
