The Group's principal activities are to develop, manufacture and market computerized flatbed knitting machines, glove and hosiery knitting machines and design systems. The operations are carried out through the following divisions: Flat knitting machines, Design systems related business, Glove and hosiery knitting machines and Others. Flat knitting machines division includes computerized weft knitting machines and semi-jacquard weft knitting machines. Design systems related business division includes knit computer aided design (CAD) systems, as well as apparel and CAD systems. Glove and hosiery knitting machines division includes seamless glove and hosiery knitting machines. Others division operates parts for knitting machines and design systems, threads and yarns, repairs and maintenance, as well as hotel operation.
