The Company is a real estate developer and education business investor. The Company operates in two segments: Property development, which is engaged in development, sale, rental and management of properties, and Education projects, which is engaged in leasing of campus and equipment, investment and management of education projects. Its subsidiaries include Shenyang Development Real Estate Company Limited, Shanghai Beida Jade Bird Education Investment Company Limited, Zhuhai Beida Education Science Park Company Limited and Beijing ShenFa Property Management Company Limited. On February 1, 2010, the Company disposed its entire 80% equity interests in Beijing Diye. On February 22, 2010, the Company acquired entire equity interest of JBMOE.
