| The Group's principal activities are to provide products and services to global energy industry. The Group operates through two business segments: Pipeline and Pipe services segment includes the Bredero Shaw, Canusa-CPS, Shaw Pipeline Services, Flexpipe and Guardian divisions and manufactures heat shrinkable sleeves, adhesives, sealants and liquid coatings for onshore and offshore pipeline protection and sealing systems for the oil and gas, water and district heating and cooling market. Petrochemical and industrial segment includes the DSG-Canusa and ShawFlex divisions and produces Heat shrinkable tubing, sleeves, moulded products and kits for the utility, communications, automotive and industrial markets. It operates in Canada, the United States, Europe, Mexico, Africa and the Middle East. |
