The Group's principal activities are to manufacture and market iron and steel products. The Group operates in three segments namely Iron Ore, Pig Iron and Metallurgical Coke. Iron ore segment include Sesa Goa's core business, and it binds together all its other businesses. Pig iron segment is carried out through its subsidiary company Sesa Industries Limited. Met coke segment is metallurgical coke business. The products of the Group include iron ore, vessels, metallurgical coke and low phosphorous foundry grade pig iron. The mining establishments are located in the states of Goa, Karnataka and Orissa.
