| The Group's principal activity is manufacturer of industrial rubber and plastic products. The Group operates through four divisions: Sempermed, which primarily offers latex gloves for medical applications and protective rubber and latex gloves to guard against aggressive substances and other causes of skin irritation; Semperflex, which offers hydraulic and industrial hoses, rubber sheeting and wear-resistant rubber products; Semperform, which offers molded rubber goods and profiles, as well as industrial rubber products, and Sempertrans, which offers conveyor belts with polyester or polyamide carcasses, as well as steel cable carcasses, for use in a variety of industrial applications, including manufacturing, mining, steel production, cement works and at container ports. The Group operates in Europe, Americas, Asia and rest of world. |
