The Group's principal activity is providing offshore marine services and environmental services. The Group operates under five segments: Offshore Marine Services, Marine Transportation Services, Environment Services, Inland River Services and Aviation Services. Offshore marine services operates a diversified fleet of offshore support vessels. Environment services provides contractual oil spill response and other professional emergency preparedness services. Inland river services is engaged in the operation of a fleet of dry cargo barges on the Mississippi and Ohio Rivers. Helicopter services provides agricultural and forestory support services, flight-seeing tour service and also leases aircraft to third parties. The Group has operations in the United States, Mexico, West Africa, North Sea, Middle East and Asia.
