Eternal Energy Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company engaged in the production and distribution of ethanol. The Company is in the process of constructing its ethanol processing plants in Nakhorn Ratchasima province, which has capacity to produce ethanol to a purity of both 99.5% and 95% of 650,000 liters per day or 214.5 million liters per year. The ethanol that it plans to produce is to be mixed to form gasohol, which is used to run motor vehicles. The Company plans to sell its ethanol domestically to fuel and gas retailers and refineries. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had three subsidiaries: Eternal Energy and Electricity Co., Ltd., which is engaged in the production and distribution of electricity; Boon Anek Co., Ltd., which is engaged in the tapioca growing business, and Charoenphorn Energy Co., Ltd., which is involved in the property for rent business.
