| The Group's principal activities are the design and manufacture of drilling equipment for the oil and gas industry. The Group's activities are carried out through three divisions: High-Precision Components, Oilfield Supplies and Service and Other. The High-Precision Components segment comprises MWD/LWD collars and MWD/LWD internals and parts. The Oilfield Supplies and Service segment comprises non-magnetic drill collars, drilling motors and various other tools for the oilfield as well as repair and service activities. The Group also provides after sales repair and maintenance services for its customers. The Group has subsidiaries in Europe, UK, Mexico, the United States of America, Canada, Venezuela, Singapore, and the UAE. |
